“Mixing” was an outdoor textile site-specific art piece inspired by the ancient textile technique ikat. This technique of dyeing threads before weaving, was translated into materials that could withstand the elements; industrial strength rope, wood, metal and spray paint.
“Mixing” was installed in the public square Axel Møllers Haves Plads in Frederiksberg, as part of the project Byens Hegn funded by The Copenhagen Metro.
